Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Learnsable ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using dhronaai.com, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Learnsable.

Learnsable is for students. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use, including any purchase. You confirm this when you create an account.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You're responsible for activity on your account — tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• An account is for one person. Don't share or sell it.

Every answer in Learnsable is generated by an AI model. AI can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, even when it sounds confident. Check anything important — a formula, a fact, a date, a citation — against your textbook, teacher or an official source before you rely on it.

Learnsable is a study aid. It is not a substitute for your teachers or official exam guidance, and it does not give medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Follow your school's, college's or exam board's rules on AI. Use Learnsable to understand and practise — don't submit its output as your own work where that isn't allowed. You are responsible for how you use what it produces.

You agree not to:

• use Learnsable for anything illegal, or to create content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or meant to harm someone;
• upload content you don't have the right to use, or other people's personal data without their permission;
• try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around the security, credit limits or rate limits of the service;
• use automated tools to access the service, or resell access to it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you — for example, sending your question to our AI provider to generate an answer. You may use the answers Learnsable generates for you, subject to the law and to section 5.

• Every account gets a daily allowance of AI credits; each AI action uses a set number of credits, listed on our pricing page. The daily allowance resets at midnight India time and unused daily credits don't carry over.
• Paid plans (Pro Student and Campus Premium) last 30 days from payment and do not renew automatically — nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. Buying the same plan again adds 30 days; buying a different plan starts it straight away and ends the days left on the old one.
• Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Their credits don't expire while your account is open, are used only after your daily allowance runs out, can't be transferred and have no cash value.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never receive your card or bank details.
• We may change prices, credit costs or plan allowances, and we'll announce changes in the app before they take effect. The price you paid for a plan or pack never changes after you've paid.

All purchases are final once payment succeeds — please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the cases where we do put things right (for example, a failed or duplicate charge).

We're continually improving Learnsable, so features may change, be added or be removed. If a change would take away something essential you've paid for, we'll tell you beforehand.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. When an account ends, any active plan and unused credits end with it.

We work hard to keep Learnsable accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as a lower grade or a missed opportunity), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes go to the competent courts in India. Please contact us first — most problems are quickest to fix directly. You can also reach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Learnsable after that means you accept the new terms.

For questions or complaints about these terms or your purchases, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
